Water Filter

"Water filters are useful for obvious reasons.  Don't drink contaminated water."

Tool Use:  Unknown.  Speculated that having a water filter in your inventory increases the amount of water you find, but this hasn't been proven.

I found out how to use this water filter. A pair of water filter together with plastic tubing and water bottle can be crafted into water purifier.
